Easy Removal Tabs.

Lift and remove without discomfort. No ripping. No residue. Designed for skin you use every day, not skin that's bracing for it.

 Ultra-Conductive Snap Connectors.

Two precision-aligned metal snaps that click into your Lumera device. Secure, reliable connection — consistent stimulation every session.

Spinal Gap Cutout.

The ergonomic centre cutout sits over the spine, not on it. Reduces pressure on the vertebrae and focuses stimulation on the paraspinal muscles where it belongs.

Hypoallergenic, Long-Lasting Hydrogel.

Gentle on sensitive skin. Strong adhesion that holds for 4–6 weeks of daily use without drying out, peeling up, or irritating.

4 Signs Your Pad Needs Replacing.

Your Lumera pad is designed to last 4–6 weeks with daily use. But wear depends on skin type, environment, and how often you use it. Here's how to tell when it's time:

Weak Adhesion

The pad doesn't stick firmly to your skin anymore. You feel it lifting at the edges during a session, or it peels off when you stand up. A fresh pad grips. A worn one slides.

Uneven Stimulation

You notice the sensation is stronger on one side than the other, or there are "dead spots" where you feel nothing. This means the hydrogel isn't conducting evenly — the gel has dried in places.

Visible Wear

The gel surface looks dry, discoloured, or has visible debris (skin, lint, fibres). A fresh pad has a clear, tacky gel surface. If it looks dull or feels less sticky to the touch, it's done.

Skin Irritation

Redness, itching, or discomfort after use that wasn't there before. As hydrogel degrades, it can become less skin-friendly. If the pad is irritating, replace it — don't push through.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often do I need to replace my pad? +

Every 4–6 weeks with daily use. If you use the device 3–4 times per week, a single pad may last up to 8 weeks. Replace when adhesion weakens, stimulation feels uneven, or the gel surface looks dry or discoloured.

How should I store unused pads? +

Keep them sealed in the original packaging until you're ready to use them. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or extreme heat. Sealed pads have a long shelf life — buying a 12-Pack and using them over a year is perfectly fine.

Can I make my pads last longer? +

Yes. After each session, press the pad back onto its protective backing sheet (the plastic film it came on). This prevents dust, lint, and skin debris from sticking to the gel. Clean skin before each session — oils, moisturisers, and sweat reduce adhesion. Don't fold, stretch, or pull the pad from the centre — always lift from the easy removal tabs at the edges.

Are these the same pads that came with my device? +

Yes. These are the exact same Lumera replacement pads that ship with the Deep Muscle Activator. Same hydrogel, same snap connectors, same spinal gap cutout. Individually sealed for freshness.

Do replacement pads come with a guarantee? +

Replacement pads are a consumable product and are not covered by the 365-day device guarantee. However, if a pad arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@officiallumera.com or call +1 (304) 815-6922 and we'll send a replacement immediately. 24/7 support.

Which multi-pack should I choose? +

It depends on how often you use your device:

Daily use (5–7 sessions/week): Each pad lasts about 4 weeks. A 3-Pack covers 3 months. A 6-Pack covers 6 months. A 12-Pack covers a full year.

Regular use (3–4 sessions/week): Each pad lasts about 6 weeks. A 3-Pack covers 4–5 months. A 6-Pack covers 9 months. A 12-Pack covers 18 months.

If you're not sure, the 3-Pack is the most popular choice — enough to stock up without overcommitting.
